Picó Picante is a celebration of underground global dance music, hosting DJs and musicians from across the world. We co-founded the nightlife series in 2011, and we built the brand to harness the vibrant intercultural energy of Boston, where the monthly event runs.
The brand captures an electro-tropical spirit, drawing elements from Latin American sign-painting and textiles, crystalized into digital forms. The visual language and promotions are flexible, shifting to reflect the headliner's point of origin, the evening's theme, and the cultural tides.
